"Her"story
I was "discovered" by a successful REALTOR here in the Valley in 1996. I was a single mom working as an Interior Decorator. I had bought my first home by myself and was fixing it up and planning to sell it to get a bigger house for me and my four beautiful young children. When I met with my REALTOR she commented that I would make a great REALTOR myself and she introduced me to her Broker. Her Broker said that she would let me work for her part-time while I kept my other job. I figured I had nothing to lose and everything to gain if it worked out so I took the plunge. I sold 3 homes my first month in the business. The rest is history. I was "Rookie of the Year" that year. I went on to run teams, get my Broker's license, be a designated broker and property manager. You name it and I have done it in Real Estate (probably).
